Finished photos are sent by e-mail in high resolution, or via WhatsApp / Messenger as agreed.
The better the quality of the original, the better the result. Ideally at least 1500px on the shorter side.
We'll edit the photo until you're satisfied. Depending on the package you have 1–3 revisions; Premium includes unlimited revisions.
We accept bank transfer (IBAN). Payment is due after delivery of the work (for first orders a 50% deposit applies).
Yes! For larger orders (5+) we offer an individual discount. Write to us and we'll work something out.
Photos are intended for personal use by default. Commercial use is available for an additional fee – just contact us.

The provider offers graphic editing of reborn doll photographs: background replacement, retouching, collages, adding accessories and other edits according to the customer's wishes.
Orders are placed via the contact form on the website or by e-mail. An order is binding upon written confirmation by the provider. The customer must provide a photo of sufficient quality and a clear description of the requested edit.
The price is set according to the current price list or individual agreement. Payment is made by bank transfer (IBAN: CZ66 0300 0000 0003 1291 0812) before work begins, unless otherwise agreed. An invoice is issued upon request.
The finished work is delivered by e-mail in JPEG or PNG format. The usual delivery time is 3–7 business days from receipt of payment. For more complex edits the deadline may be extended; the customer will be informed.
The customer declares that they are entitled to use the photos provided. The graphic edit is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use is only permitted on the basis of a written agreement.
The customer may raise a complaint within 14 days of delivery. See the Return Policy for details.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Czech law. The provider reserves the right to amend them – the current version is always published on the website. Any disputes will first be resolved amicably.

We only process data provided when placing an order or through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone (if provided) and reborn doll photos submitted for editing.
Data is used solely to fulfil the order, communicate with the customer and handle complaints. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing without consent.
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and comply with legal archiving obligations (generally 5 years). Photos are deleted after delivery of the finished work, unless otherwise agreed.
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing and object to processing. Exercise your rights by contacting info@rebornart.cz. Complaints may be lodged with your national data protection authority.
The rebornart.cz website uses Google Analytics for anonymous visitor tracking. This data does not allow identification of any individual. By using the website you consent to this; consent can be withdrawn in your browser settings.

This return policy governs the rights of the customer when raising a complaint about graphic edits provided by Richard Menšík (Company ID: 01032615) via rebornart.cz.
The customer has the right to raise a complaint if the resulting edit clearly does not correspond to the brief. A complaint must be raised within 14 days of delivery of the finished work.
Send your complaint by e-mail to info@rebornart.cz with the subject "Complaint". State your name, order date, a description of the discrepancy from the brief and attach the received work. The complaint will be resolved within 14 business days.
A valid complaint will be resolved by a free correction in accordance with the original brief. If a correction is not possible, the customer may request a refund. Complaints arising from a change of wishes after order confirmation, or due to poor quality of the submitted photo, are not valid.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, EU customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
